.... that I take a step forward and two steps backward.....
I am straddling a weight.... and I drop a pound and then back up to the set-point.
I am struggling.
I am frstrated.....
My eating while consistent has been sketchy at best.... I need to focus on that.
My training is returning to consistency.... even with the commute to and fro NJ.... I spend too much time on a train.
And so, my goal is to be down 9# by 15 March.... and I can still accomplish that!!!!
Even with a step forward and two steps backward.....
I am looking forward to reaching this goal, and setting the next one as I continue in my journey.
