I accomplished it ugly. Not something I desire, but for whatever reason, my body has been purging this week. In that, the weight is dropping....
AND my training has been compromised. I have been struggling with my training for close to two weeks. Originally, it was the commute, the weather and fatigue.... this week, I am struggling with eating, so.... energy is low, resulting in NO Training...
AAAAAARGH!!!!!!!
I just want to feel better and be able to compete!!!!
I just hope this is a virus and not a predictor of things to come.
